Batch download annotation

I want to download all the SVS and annotation files available on the interface. Is there an easier way to do this instead of clicking each file individually?

Yes. You can use girder_client (see https://girder.readthedocs.io/en/latest/python-client.html#the-command-line-interface) from the command line or programmatically. There are some utility scripts (see https://github.com/DigitalSlideArchive/large-image-utilities/; no particular guarantee on their robustness) that do some of this and provide examples.
