(Debian) upgrading from 1.3.3 to 1.5.5 makes cron job ("Repeatedly (anacron)") run at different times of day #2250

Description

@capmlbpkel

When upgrading from Debian Bookworm to Trixie, I noticed that the execution times of the regular backups changed.

I use the "Repeatedly (anacron)" schedule with a backup every day. These backups used to run on the first quarter of the hour when the computer was running (once each day, i.e. midnight if the computer was running on midnight, 5:45 if the computer was started at 5:31). Now they seem to run around 4 p.m. even if the computer has been running all day.

Is there any way to get the old behavior back?

EDIT (by buhtz): Bug introduced in 060324e (#1791) and released with 1.5.3.
