Deskhpsdr Development

So far I like everything about Deskhpsdr, there is something I have been wanting added to Linux hpsdr platforms, I had giving up on seeing added for people who don't use controllers, I see you can add 2 more siders with your new display layout, if you could add the shift and width to Deskhpsdr that would be great, but I'm not sure how many operators would use this feature , but I think it's very useful, Rich Terrusa

In the actual version 2.6 (aka as final version) I will not add any new basic functions. I collect now some new ideas and the development for all new things will be continue in the next version start with 2.7.x - I think the start for this will be September or October this year, but not now. In the next days or week I do only some minor code improvements, but that's it. In summer I will have no time for work on deskHPSDR, there are other tasks for me.
For my understand: "shift" and "width" means "filter shift" and "filter width" ? One thing I can say now: I removed the filter graphic in the VFO surface and this will never come back, not now, not later.

"don't ask for features" was/is only an instruction for the issues tab, that's not the place for such things.
Later I open the discussion tab and now such questions are welcome here. As I said, in the version 2.6 (the current version) I don't add new basic things, this is a task for the next version 2.7. I collect all feature requests, ideas and if I start in September/October continue the development, I will decide, which new things I will implement.
