Peers connection not working on windows 10 but works fine on windows 11 #468

What happened?
So I was making this video calling WebRTC based project it worked fine for me knowing that I'm using windows 11, but when sharing it with other people that use windows 10 it doesn't work for them, the connection between peers doesn't happen.
NB : people that use windows 11 it also works fine for them
Here is my project
How can we reproduce the issue?
A new room gets created the creator is in the room waiting for other people to join in (his video source is seen on the page)
Copy paste the room url to join with a new user
A new participant gets created but not a new peer meaning no peers connection
What do you expected to happen?
The second person video source doesn't appear on the call page
