I've 4 seplos v 2 in a stack, so I extended the yaml https://github.com/syssi/esphome-seplos-bms/blob/main/esp32-ble-example.yaml provided here by syssi.
Project was very sample: used just a single Diymore per ESP32 DevKit V4 Scheda di Sviluppo,NodeMCU WiFi WLAN CP2102 per ESP32 found on Amazon and simple changes to the mentioned yaml compiled by ESPhome on a Raspi V4 4 MB of memory.

Please evaluate to increase the delay from 20sec to 30sec or more if you have on the HA core log message like this:
"seplos-bms-ble: [W][component:424]: Components should block for at most 30 ms"
