Zoom Dropdown does not work with Vaadin 24 when build for production

I build the pdf viewer demo with the Vaadin 24 (24.0.5) plain java starter project, with version 2.7.2.
Everything is ok as long as i am in development mode.
When i rebuild the project with the production profile, the zoom dropdown box is empty and no selection is accepted.
