Nginx issue after Magento upgrade to 2.4.8

We recently upgraded Magento from version 2.4.7-p6 to 2.4.8-p2, primarily updating the MariaDB version as part of this process. After executing all the necessary commands, we are experiencing a Gateway Timeout error when attempting to access the site via the browser.

We would appreciate any suggestions or support to help resolve this issue.
