Download is frozen, what am I doing wrong?

I started trying to download a file using a Magnet link, but it isn't doing anything.
I've attached a screenshot.

I downloaded a file earlier today, but it was a direct download link, and it worked perfectly.
Please let me know if there is any more information I can provide.
