Allow importing Follows from Mastodon

You can export your follows in Mastodon like this:

which will give you a CSV like this:

Account address,Show boosts,Notify on new posts,Languages
alex@alex.kirk.at,true,false,

It would be nice to then follow all the people in the account at once.
