Theme without Google Fonts?

First off, I really like HTMLY. But here in Germany, we have to stick to GDPR rules, which aren't too keen on things like pulling in Google Fonts. I can live with the fact that there's no privacy-focused commenting system yet, but it would be great to have a theme that doesn't use Google Fonts. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

As far as I can remember.. the Independent Publisher, Doks, Papermod, and Tailwind theme don't use Google Fonts, or at least host it locally.

You can host it locally for other themes, just modify layout.html.php. You can use the starter bootstrap theme here also.
