Can't reopen issues

The qsv team works quickly to close issues after committing fixes, but sometimes there are still remaining issues with the fix and/or questions, etc.

It would would be nice if issue submitters were authorized to reopen issues.

Sorry, it seems you cannot reopen an issue once a maintainer closes them.

I'll make sure not to do so in the future, at least for your issues. Thing is, the issue tracker doubles as our backlog, and its not infrequent for issue creators to leave their issues open even after the problem has been fixed.

I'm not sure what the best solution would be. Seems weird that someone who created the issue can't reopen it.

If a maintainer responds to comments on a closed issue, I suppose that's OK too.
