What is the replacement for adding attributes to links in 43?

For now, I am doing pagy.series_nav(.., fragment: %(" data-turbo-frame="paginate")) which works but is a bit hacky.

Right, quite hacky indeed since fragment adds it to the url...

Yeah, we dropped it focusing to simplify the old messy build of the anchor tag, thinking only about the obsolete data-remote and overlooking the other use-cases. 🤷

We should probably reimplement the feature.
