Currently, the system does not allow allocation of Leave Without Pay (LWP) type leaves. However, there are real-world scenarios where organizations want to track and allocate a fixed number of unpaid leave days (e.g., 15 vacation days per year) under an LWP leave type for employees.

Describe the solution you'd like

Admins should be able to allocate leaves for LWP leave types.The system should not block the allocation process based on the is_lwp flag.
