Add Option to Record a Specific Workspace

Hi, bringing this up again since I haven't received a response last time.

I often find myself wanting to record only a single workspace, rather than the whole screen or a specific window. It would be very helpful if there was an option to select a workspace as the output for screen recording.

I concluded that, since Hyprland already allows sending a workspace to a monitor, it should be feasible to add an option to record a chosen workspace as well.
