Reaper Yabridge VST plugins cursor offset when moved by GUI (WS 9.21)

Describe the bug

While cursor offset is known with wine-staging 9.22+ this is not that issue since its using 9.19-9.21 versions where this does not happen.

When you SUPER + LEFT DRAG move on the GUI/Client area of the plugin the cursor is offset until:

1. You close and re-open the plugin again
2. Move mouse away from it then move back in (to refocus)

However issue does not occur if you SUPER + LEFT DRAG on parent part of the window or use Hyprbars plugin where you can move the plugin by dragging the title bar.

Reproduction steps

1. Install reaper www.reaper.fm
2. Install wine-staging 9.21 (downgrade from latest if needed)
3. Install free VST https://www.tseaudio.com/software/tseBOD
4. Install yabridge & yabridgectl
5. Setup yabridge https://github.com/robbert-vdh/yabridge?tab=readme-ov-file#usage
6. Start Reaper
7. Add some track and add that TSE plugin to it
8. Move it around by dragging it in GUI area
9. Cursor gets offset

1. I start by moving it by clicking inside of GUI/Client area -> Cursor offset
2. (0:15) Move it by clicking inside of GUI/Client area but after move mouse out/in to refocus -> Cursor offset resets
3. (0:20) Move it by clicking on the parent window (presets,parameters, in/out, ui, knob area) -> does not introduce cursor offset

P.S: This is not exclusive to that particular plugin, any plugin behaves the same. Also GNOME, KDE, COSMIC etc non have this issue with SUPER + LEFT DRAG

One more example where moving seems to work fine:

1. Resize the plugin window
2. Move by dragging in empty/parent area

As long you don't drag over GUI there is no cursor offset occurring.

I use reper too and I tried with amplitube, works fine.

hm... literally every plugin interfaced via yabridge is doing this on my end.
Created new clean wine prefix, tried 9.19, 9.20, 9.21 and same issue.
Will download amplitude free and try with it.

Installed Hyprland on separate machine (laptop) with all necessary requirements for yabridge (same as above) and still having this issue. Also got report from a user (from reaper community) that he is experiencing same issue (hopefully he will join this discussion).

Wondering how it runs fine on your end.

I had a success with installing wine-tkg https://github.com/Frogging-Family/wine-tkg-git.
Unlike vanilla wine-staging this one seems to work without issue.

Is it possible that you have this wine package installed?

EDIT: Nvm most plugins dont render with it (but no offset)

Installed all that packages and still nothing...
Created new prefix with 9.20 just in case

This should not be this hard. I've done this many times before in other distros and pretty much works out of the box. With just wine-staging 9.21 + yabrige without any additional packages.
On the laptop I've installed KDE along with hyprland and booting into it reaper works fine with no offset when moving vst around.

Tried tweaking configs, installed a lot of wine versions I'm running out of ideas. Yabridge log does not show anything weird.
