Since 0.49 TOP layers or overlay just hogs mouse and I cant switch windows with mouse but SUPER + mouse click drag is possible though.

I'm making a frame like layer with gtk-layer-shell. Mouse focusing is good for bottom layers and such but not for top and overlay.

since 0.49 I cant use the waybar switch for rofi or swaync too and i have to escape with keyboard

the mouse hogging in my gtk frame might be bcz it is a fullscreen layer. the issue fixes if i divide the frame to multiple layers.

but i dont understand for rofi switch on waybar.

I could bisect if I get some free time.
