To make the first person to join a room to be the admin of the room, the admin can kick other peers out of the room.

When the admin leaves, the next users in the admin quene will become the admin. For example, of john is the 1st user to join the room, then mary is the 2nd user to join the room and peter is the 3rd user to join the room. John will be the admin and once john leaves, mary will become admin and once mary leaves, peter will become admin.

Great idea! This is more or less captured by #215. I'd like to implement that feature, but it's a lower priority for now.
