How to extract without both side(left, right) vertical lines?

First of all, thank you for creating a wonderful library.

How can I extract a table without vertical lines on either side from a pdf table?

"explicit_horizontal_lines": [],
I know I can do it using this option, but I'm not sure how to extract and insert the coordinates of the endpoint.

I would appreciate your help.
