build(deps): bump axios and @angular-devkit/build-angular in /demo

Removes [axios](https://github.com/axios/axios). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `@angular-devkit/build-angular` from 17.0.0 to 17.1.2
