container influxdb is exited ?

I have the following problems with influxdb container.
When I stop the container manually from console and start it from dockge it works , but than I get the same issue. Any ideas why do I have it and how to solve it?

As indicated in the container console, port 3004 is already being used by something on your system
If you stop the container using the console and then try to restart it with Dockge, I think the container is still present but just stopped, and Dockge tries to create a new one. That’s why the port is already taken by the other container

when I stop the container using console than I am able to run it via Dockge successfully. So I get it worked. ( I did it yesterday). But today I got the same issue that I described... that's the main question - why it happens \ repeats.
