Description

In pediatric care, patients are sometimes accompanied by a non legal guardian. The legal guardian must complete a consent form which authorizes the non legal guardian to bring their child.

Design

On the 'About the Patient' screen, legal guardians will be able to add names to a free text field which will authorize them to take the child in. We will also need to add these names to the visit details screen in the EHR.

The field should have the label: "Full name(s) of authorized non-legal guardian(s). The field should have no placeholder.

Be sure to add the field to the Patient app and show the value that is saved in the ehr "visit details" screen.
