With Streamable HTTP merged (a few more improvements, features) and given that the last version is from May 12th, is there any date for a next version?

Plus one, there are a lot of changes in the new API. A release is needed. E.g. McpSchema.Tool.builder()

I see a lot of difference between nodejs version and java version. We need a version update here

You can try the https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/java-sdk/releases/tag/v0.11.2 supporting streamable http and much more.
