The extension doesn't seem to download OmniSharp from the correct URL + ignore existing installs

I'm having trouble getting the extension to download the latest build of OmniSharp. My VSCode output:

I've already tried downloading it manually from https://roslynomnisharp.blob.core.windows.net/releases/1.39.12/omnisharp-linux-x64-net6.0.zip and https://roslynomnisharp.blob.core.windows.net/releases/1.39.12/omnisharp-linux-x64-1.39.12.zip

Unzipping them in
~/.vscode-oss/extensions/muhammad-sammy.csharp-2.55.28/.omnisharp/1.39.12-net6.0
and
~/.vscode-oss/extensions/muhammad-sammy.csharp-2.55.28/.omnisharp/1.39.12
respectively.
