Hey, curious how you got the 160g for dark sugar. When I did the math on the sugar, it came out to 149g. (1 C packed dark brown sugar = 198g, recipe calls for 3/4C). Where did you find your weighted amounts? I'm trying to make these using weights instead of volume, but I don't have an ATK account. Thanks!

I typically use this site for my conversion calcs. https://www.kingarthurbaking.com/learn/ingredient-weight-chart My referenced recipe shows 165 g which is close enough to my calculated result. I believe Cooks has a YouTube video that you may be able to reference and verify, but they probably use volumetric.
