Solution:

1. Verify Application Status
   Go to https://education.github.com/discount_requests
   Check if your request is still pending, approved, or rejected.

2. Check Your Email
   Sometimes, GitHub may ask for additional verification or documentation. Look for any emails from noreply@github.com or education@github.com.

3. Double-Check Eligibility
   Make sure:

   • You used an official university email OR uploaded a valid document (ID card, admission letter, fee receipt, etc.).
   • Your GitHub account is verified and not flagged for spam.

4. Wait Time
   GitHub typically takes 5–7 business days to review applications. Weekends and holidays are not counted. If today is only Day 3, you may still need to wait a bit longer.

5. Contact GitHub Support (If Urgent)
   If it’s been more than 7 business days, raise a ticket at:

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.
