Is puppet-rabbitmq version 14.1.0 compatible with rabbitmq-server version 4.0.4?

In the latest release of puppet-rabbitmq version 14.1.0, support for RHEL 7 was dropped. The documentation says that the module has been tested against rabbitmq-server 3.6.x, but that is a RHEL 7 supported version. Has there been any testing done against a RHEL 9 supported version of rabbitmq-server such as 4.0.4 and if not, is there any plan to do the testing in the near future?
