Set the size of the editor

How can I set the size of the editor. Its currently much wider that the div below it. Any sizing properties exposed (width - height)?

Wrapping the editor div inside another div and setting the wrapper's width worked for me:

<div id=wrapper style="width:300px">
<div id="editor">
  <p>Hello World!</p>
  <p>Some initial <strong>bold</strong> text</p>
  <p><br /></p>
</div>
</div>

What didn't work for me was:
(1) Targeting #editor with CSS.
(2) Targeting .ql-editor with CSS.
(3) Javascript: document.querySelector(".ql-editor").style.width = "300px"
