7 months since an update, 498 issues and 67 PRs.

I get that people have lives and are busy, so perhaps they need some help with this?

One particular issue, that ordered and unordered lists both come out as ordered lists in the html, seems to have been around for 9 years, and that's core functionality!

If you think 7 months is a long time, realize that before that, the project went a few years before being updated.

For free software we can't complain.

Of course, but surely you just ask for help at this point.

Not complaining, it's just a bit frustrating to have used this for my work to later find out about this list shenanigans and have to write a custom utility to work around it.

Seven months may not be a long time, but when you see that obvious ‘serious’ bugs are not being fixed

• Revert replacing all spaces with NBSP #4587 (for example)
• fix: paste th should as a line like td #4614 (for example)

and very useful features are not being included,

• add soft line breaks #4565 (for example)

I also wonder whether the project is still being maintained.
