FORCE_ENABLE_ANONYMOUS_ACCESS not working

Hello! We want enable anonymous access, but when i add FORCE_ENABLE_ANONYMOUS_ACCESS=true , and when run sourcebot, It's still required authorization. also in the documentation states i can enable this in Settings - Access , but i dont see access page in settings. What i do wrong

Heya - could you confirm what version of Sourcebot you are on? If you don't see the option in Settings than maybe you are on a old version
