The name change was required because Xenko was a trademark property of Silicon Studio which made the engine initially. The new name was chosen by the community at the time. I do like it. You don't. Fine, everybody's their own taste. There is no reason to change it now. I invite you to engage with the community on Discord if you have suggestions. |

From a marketing perspective, this game engine has been renamed multiple times. That's a big no-no. And every name has been terrible.
The most recent name change was "Stride." I really don't understand whoever came up with that. Is it really that hard to come up with a simple, catchy name?
I want this engine to be successful.
Please, if possible, provide a roadmap for each major release.
Then, with each major release, conduct extensive publicity efforts.
Every once in a while. Establish some typical success cases and let them help promote this engine.
I think some people would be happy to do this(Free help with promotion and publicity.), even if it costs nothing.
