This was causing build failure in https://sou-jenkins2.swinfra.net/job/JobService/view/Developer/job/JobService%7Eworker-taskstowing%7EUS1009117-2%7ECI/1/, and possibly others, due to taking the nearest version of workerframework

As discussed earlier I don't think this PR should be merged. The worker-taskstowing issue should be able to be fixed with an adjustment to worker-taskstowing's dependency management section. |
