On July 4th, 2019, I was in LA and experienced my first earthquake. When it happened, I had no clue what was happening. I was panicking as to why the building was moving. It took me a while to realize that I was in an earthquake. I panicked and ran downstairs because I didn't want the building to collapse on me. When I got outside, I ran because I was scared that the building was going to fall on me. That moment, I became interested in earthquakes.
