This PR add the initial project configuration like

  • the packages (vite, typescript, videojs, @silvermine/standardization, @silvermine/eslint-config, @silvermine/typescript-config)
  • Add the necessary configuration for styling, tsconfig, lint, commitlint, markdownlint
