So far, only the exception file was written but no entry in the log itself. (Possibly, this was part of a previous implementation of the logThrowable method in Flow if I remember correctly)
As GraphQL bubbles the error to the next nullable field, errors are hard to catch if not logged.
Currently I specified my own ErrorTransformer doing the logging, but this might be helpful for everyone.
