The class
NotifyEmailis deprecated since Trac 1.1.3. This PR changes the notification to use the new system. The functionality is unchanged. Notifications are produced for[code-comments] notify_selfis enabledNote that this PR introduces some new components to be able to use the new notification system. Be sure to enable them in the plugin settings to use the new notification system.
