EDU-15484 - Add possible statuses to Update task

Add possible statuses to VTEX DO's Update task endpoint. Refers to EDU-15484.

Types of changes

• New content (endpoints, descriptions or fields from scratch)
• Improvement (make an endpoint's title or description even better)
• Spelling and grammar accuracy (self-explanatory)

It is desirable to have a description for each status in the description field. Including main reasons for "canceled" and "canceling" would also be great.
