Rename the file as first line of file

use xampp for localhost https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html

Folder and files are should be in all user accessable

Linux and Mac Environment

To achieve user access use below command in terminal

sudo chmod -R 0777 "./directory or folder or file location"

atleast 0644 permission needed
