Please add HTTP_ALLOWED as commented out variable in the compose file

Hi, I am indeed not the smartest individual on the planet as I spent entirelly too long debugging why I couldnt login, only to discover that it was because it didnt allow HTTP.
I can clearly see after the fact that there is a big alert box just above the compose example in the readme, but years after being bombarded with ads I tend to ignore content thats meant to catch my attention.

anyway, Back to eating crayons I go.

But yeah awesome package btw so big thanks :D
