CycloneDX supports "tags" - https://cyclonedx.org/docs/1.6/json/#components_items_tags
Python knows these as

• poetry - "keywords" . see https://python-poetry.org/docs/pyproject/#keywords
  lock file - To be clarified
• pipenv - To be clarified
