Use yt-dlp instead of youtube-dl

this really should be merged in, using the old youtube-dl is just slowly causing problems

For anyone finding this that wants to use the different repo to fix the youtube-dl issue, here is the pip install command
pip install --use-pep517 git+https://github.com/stschake/savify@feature/use-yt-dlp
