[Feature Request] Confirm directory to extract to

Hi, my request is for adding a confirmation on where to extract to.

Default is current directory, but would be very convenient to select or create a different directory on the fly.

I'd like to join @sunjam's request. Taking the name of the zip file as the default extract folder would be ideal, because that's how many compression utilities would do too. If a folder already exists, a new folder with suffix (1), (2)... could be created.
