Quick summary
Minecraft on latest versions has an issue regarding flickering graphics that can happen at random when exploring worlds.
Details
In Minecraft, when going into a world, the graphics can sometimes start to flicker tiny parts of blocks, presumably from the existing loaded chunks. This can happen on regular worlds, but this is very easy to replicate on the tutorial world. The video below showcases the issue in action.

I have tried various settings including Strict Rendering Mode, buffers and nothing seemed to have fixed it. The log is only using default settings.

This only happens on latest version (ranging from 1.78 to 1.84) and only occurs on Vulkan. OpenGL does not have this issue.
