Can we use maxLine for all content html not specific tag?
for example if we have double tag

< p >Lorem ipsum< /p >
< a href='#' >Lorem ipsum tes link< a >

i want to limit that all content, not only < p > tag

Unfortunately not at the moment because it is hard to specify what to do when there is interactive content. E.g. how do we limit image/video/audio content? Or tables? How do those work with maxLines? Because of those questions it is very difficult to implement some sort of maxLines for HTML content unless it is a simple document.

I think you can get what you want if you apply the maxLines to the body tag's style. Did you try that?

As @tneotia says of course it is limited to the textual content.
