Current Behaviour

Using mod-learn-spells will cause the hatred level of all druid forms to be too high. This makes it impossible for the tank to hold off the boss, and it's very easy to lose the fight.

Expected Behaviour

Fix the abnormal behavior of Druid's hatred caused by the mod-learn-spells module.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Create a Druid and level up to level 80.
2. Enable the "Hatred" plugin and check if the cause of the hatred is normal.
