- Use outputs for getting issue label details. - Simplify conditionals for `has_label`. - Add support for linux/arm64+amd64 builds. - Use `docker/login-action` and `docker/build-push-action` for building and logging in. - Double quote variables. - Use `permissions` key. - Bump actions/checkout to v4.
