## Provide description of the new feature
The possibility to define one of the (Custom) Text Format Definitions as the default one.

*What is the expected behavior of the proposed feature?*
When an empty editor is presented the default Format is shown in the dropdown. When the user clicks in the editor to enter content the default Format is applied.
