Describe the feature: Bulk reindexing in upgrade assistant
Describe a specific use case for the feature:
When I have a lot of indexes (100+)
And I am upgrading major versions with upgrade assistant
And I have old indexes that need reindexing
I need a bulk reindex operation in the interface (or some better solution)
So I can avoid 3x clicks per index
