Add change log

Add a link to change log, that’s mapped back to github change log, which is maintained to be active. 
Change log could be added as a tab uptop next to Plugin. 
Nice to have: If there's a way to enable email subscriptions that allow users to subscribe so they receive some sorta notification of a change/ updated added to change log that's be super helpful
