Sentry should add INP as a supported web vital to track.
Some Previous INP + web vitals upgrade work:
- feat(perf-vitals): Add INP feature flag #39029
- feat(tracing): Update to Web Vitals v3 sentry-javascript#5987

Solution Brainstorm
There are two paths we can take here.
- Fix dom selectors and attach INP to user interaction transactions
- Flush INP directly via DDM
