Adding ability to extract file content if it's already downloaded and located in plugin dir. It's useful if proxy not working correctly and downloading docs from plugin is not available.

Thanks for your PR. But if you stop the downloading and restart it, it will go wrong then. This PR need improve , such as breakpoint resume or integrity verification. |
